Spiritual practice develops qualities of resilience, patience and tolerance which we then apply to the circumstances of our daily lives. Our capacity to do this is tested by the inexorable unfolding of events and challenges - like COVID-19.
The chaos and destabilizing sweep of this life-threatening virus will be far reaching and will touch all of us.
This workshop will present a yogic perspective on these matters as we begin our enforced retreat to our caves. The class will include protocols for immunity, principles for yogic practice and the Healing Hands of Light Meditation.
